Joe Clement is founder and Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Properties, Inc. in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Currently, Joe owns four offices with over 230 Associates in Colorado Springs. RE/MAX Properties, Inc. has been the number one real estate company in production and transactions in the Colorado Springs market since 1989.

Joe has been involved in Real Estate since 1977. Prior to entering the real estate profession, Joe was a high school teacher, coach and administrator. He received his B.S. in Education from Western Illinois University and his M.A. in Education Administration from Bradley University.

Joe brings his ongoing commitment to education to RE/MAX Properties, Inc. by providing almost daily opportunities to his associates to learn and grow their business. Joe's philosophy has been to provide easy access for agents to industry education by bringing educational courses to the RE/MAX Properties, Inc. offices; educational opportunities which range from continuing education courses, industry expert presentations and designation courses. Joe, who currently holds the ABR, CRB, CRP, CRS and QSC designations, also believes that obtaining designations provides agents with a tangible way of showing their clients that they are committed to excellence and accountability through ongoing education.

Joe is a "No Limits" thinker who is passionate about the success of the realtors at RE/MAX Properties, Inc. He values agent's ideas and input. Knowing that the best ideas don't come from the top down, but from agents themselves, he created an Agent Council, a group of agents from each office location, which he meets with on a monthly basis to stay in touch and gather  input  from our associates at RE/MAX Properties, Inc.

Throughout Joe's many years in the RE/MAX system, he has been recognized for his commitment to grow RE/MAX Properties, Inc., receiving the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award in 1987; Broker/Owner of the Year in 1993; the Distinguished Service Award from RE/MAX Mountain States in 1996; the Lifetime Achievement Award in 1996; and RE/MAX Internationals highest award, the RE/MAX International Distinguished Service Award in 2008. Joe has attended the RE/MAX International Convention every year for more than 20 years praising and promoting RE/MAX Properties, Inc. associates as the primary reason for the company's success!

In addition to his many career successes, among Joe's greatest are his family. He believes in finding balance between work and family, which can be challenging in a career that is personally demanding. Being in a marriage for more than 38 years and raising 3 boys (2 of whom are currently RE/MAX Associates), Joe understands and encourages his associates to put family first! With 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kevin brings a great working knowledge of what it takes to practice in our local market to the RE/MAX Properties, Inc. Associates. In addition to Kevin's real estate experience, he has become one of the Colorado Springs best known instructors on a wide range of real estate related topics, spending more than 1,000 hours per year training and mentoring new agents, teaching GRI and speaking at conventions.

Kevin also spends his time teaching as a National GRI Instructor & Convention Speaker with areas of emphasis in Technology, Investments, Taxation, Finance, Marketing, Advanced Selling Skills, Points of Differences, and Business Planning.

His credits include Past Director of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors; Past Secretary for the Colorado Real Estate Educators Association, 2003 Recipient of the Merrie Medina Award for GRI Instruction with the Colorado Association of Realtors, and he is the 2006 Recipient of the Educator of the Year Award from the Colorado Association of Realtors.
