Dave Robbins - Associate
As a son of an Air Force Officer, our family moved around the country & the world. We relocated to Colorado Springs in the late 1950's and determined to make this our home. Upon graduating from school I was drafted into the service. I served 2 tours in Viet Nam with VF-191 on board the USS Oriskany, CVA 34. An Essex class aircraft carrier. Upon returning to the states in 1975 I joined the Colorado Springs Police Dept. where I was employed for 10 years until I was talked into obtaining my real estate license by a local home Builder & a commercial Broker from our church.
I have been in the business 34+ years, was the Treasurer of the Board of Realtors for 2 years, ran the governmental affairs committee for the Board of Realtors for 5 years, worked on the March of Dimes telethon for 2 years, served meals to the elderly for Silver Key for 3 years and continue to be a high producing Associate Broker. I represented a local home builder providing large semi-custom homes on the front range until he retired. I have worked listing & selling vacant land, Ranch Properties, both in the mountains and on the Eastern Colorado plains. I have listed and sold M1 commercial properties, a Hotel in Cripple Creek, a log cabin resort in the mountains, and naturally hundreds of condos & single family homes throughout the Front Range. I have represented large banks for the sale of hundreds of repossessions. Listed & sold foreclosures & short sales when our city went through some rough years.
I enjoy seeing the happy end result of satisfaction for all my clients as they achieve their real estate goals. I enjoy repeat business from my past clients due to loyalty, honesty, tenacity, and caring for their needs. If I can be of service to you give me a call!
