Century Heights Real Estate Market
Homes in Century Heights are small to mid-sized single-family homes, usually between 1,000 and 2,000 square feet in size.
These mid-century affairs display a mix of minimal-traditional details typical of suburban cottages of the time. Side gabled, on street or side parking, simple windows and ample front yard space define these properties, along with a range of custom renovations making for an eclectic mix of styles and finishes.
Many of the homes are finished in brick or siding and some are adorned with exterior shutters.
In other areas of Century Heights, the homes are somewhat larger, featuring loft spaces, underslung garages, front porches, or split-level designs. Again, the maturity of the neighborhood is on display, as many of these properties boast tall mature trees and a fine selection of custom details from cycles of care and restoration.
Each home takes on a life and personality of its own with a variety of garden styles, exterior colors and finishes.
