Eastborough Real Estate
Homes in Eastborough are mostly older single family homes from the mid to late 20th century. As such, they display a range of suburban house styles typical of the era, including split level and garrison house layouts, vinyl siding and lap over brick basements with half-story windows, and large multi-part windows on the upper levels.
<p">Windows are sometimes adorned with shutters. Other minor traditional elements enter into these designs including faux-Tudor, Craftsman details, and details like lintel accents and quoins. Some of the newer homes are built in a more wood-Colonial style with sash windows and two levels of forward facing gables.
Eastborough also has a number of attached housing options, particularly along its major transport routes. These include Antero Apartments, Bellaire Ranch, Parc at Prairie Apartments, Copper Creek, Stratus Apartment Homes, Windmill Apartments, and more.
<p">Being a mature and well-established area of Colorado Springs, the yard spaces are typically generous for houses of this size. Many have single or double street-facing garages, double sidewalks, mature trees, and hardscape gardens.
