Florissant Real Estate

The Florissant real estate market offers families, vacationers, and retirees a quiet mountain lifestyle that's still close to urban amenities and entertainment.

Florissant homes for sale are typically ranch, cabin, or cottage style, located on private lots. These properties tend to be around 5-acres in size, but can go higher if the buyer is looking for more. In addition, there’s also plenty of opportunity to buy vacant land from the abundance of fabulous lots listed in the area.

Modern homes that stand on homestead ranches established in the 1800s are common in Florissant. Vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and a floor to ceiling fireplace drastically open up the already spacious living areas of the large family dwellings available in Florissant. Gas cooktops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry can be found in most homes.

The luxury homes here often have wrap around balconies with extra space for parking, storage, and multiple buildings. The more modest homes also have secluded settings, with featured amenities like custom designed kitchens, fireplaces, all-new patio, and/or a hot tub. No matter what type of home you’re looking to purchase, the views of Pikes Peak are going to take your breath away.
