Real Estate in Gleneagle

Gleneagle is a spacious community with room to spread out. As such, the homes for sale in Gleneagle are larger than many other areas in and around Colorado Springs, ranging in size from around 2,500 square feet to almost 5,000 square feet in size.

Many of these homes were built in the 1980s and 1990s, and display the styles and designs typical of this area, namely an eclectic mix of new-traditional elements, including many forward-facing gables, double or triple road-facing garages, sash windows, and muted exteriors in stucco or brick facade.

Craftsman style pillars, half porches, corbel accents, and soft arches are more common features on these homes, not to mention the generous yard sizes, mature trees, and beautiful homes.

Since Gleneagle is a short way outside of Colorado Springs, and surrounded by stunning mountain views and natural beauty, it’s also fitting that some homes have opted for a mountain chalet feel, with unpainted all-wood exteriors, river stone accents, and tall complex rooflines.

As mentioned, there are a number of townhouse communities in Gleneagle as well, like RidgePointe, Sun Mesa, Muirfield, Paradise Villas, and Summer Glen Estates.
