The Colorado School for the Deaf and Blind is another historical institution located in Knob Hill, founded in 1874, even before Tesla’s experimental station

Famed actor Lon Chaney’s parents met at this Knob Hill icon, which is still serving these communities today.

Knob Hill residents are always close to the numerous parks in the area, such as Otis Park, Betty Krouse Park and Franklin Park in the central part of this neighborhood. 

Sports lovers will enjoy being close to one of two of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Training Center, the other being located in Lake Placid, New York.

This state of the art training facility is where Olympic and Paralympic athletes come to train for multiple sports, and is open to the public for viewing and booked, guided tours.

Citadel Mall is also located in Knob Hill, a beautifully built modern mall with multiple shopping options such as jewelry, electronics, cosmetics, salons, clothing and more.

A beautiful food court is also located in Citadel Mall, full of plants and trees for a one of a kind dining experience.
