Skyway Park Homes for Sale

Homes in Skyway Park were mostly built between the 1960s and 1970s. Due to waves of rebuilds, renovations, and changing styles, these homes vary in sizes and styles.

Due to this variation, home sizes range from just over 1,000 square feet to over 4,000 square feet in size. Common layouts include sprawling ranch homes, split level designs with underslung garages, garrison homes, and new-traditional cottages.

Common facades include vinyl and lap siding, brick, and wood frame or stone for homes achieving the more rustic mountain look. Almost all of the homes have double private garages and carriage drives are also relatively common.

Landscaping and curb appeal in Skyway Park are also fantastic, as many homes display beautiful hardscape terraced gardens facing double-sidewalk streets lined with mature trees.

Overall the homes display the typical design sensibilities of mid-century suburbia. Low homes spreading out wide on generous properties in red and white finishes with inviting facades facing the wide streets.

Skyway Park also has some limited attached options, like the Broadmoor Park Terrace Apartment Homes and The Residence at Skyway Park, which is a highly sought after and popular 55+ community.
