The Farm History

The Farm has previously been privately taken care of by multiple generations of the Allison family. This was until they decided to share this land and create a peaceful place where residents could enjoy an idyllic lifestyle, as they had enjoyed for generations.  

They partnered with La Plata Communities, a local company that’s well-renowned for the planning of many beautiful Colorado Springs neighborhoods, such as Cordera and Pine Creek in Briargate

While The Farm offers much to do within the community, there’s much to do close by as well. Just north up Voyager Parkway is a Topgolf and Bass Pro Shops, as well as a go-kart track, a shooting range, a swim school and an amusement center complete with ball pits, zip lines, trampolines and more.
