Real Estate in Wagon Trails

Wagon Trails residential property market consists of many mid-sized single family homes built in the typical new traditional style of the early 2000s. The average size of the homes in Wagon Trails is between 2,000 to 3,000 square feet.

The most prominent features of these homes include the cascading and offset rooflines placed over a double private garage facing the road, an recessed entryway, and exteriors finished in horizontal siding, stucco, or decorative brick. This neighborhood eschews some of the more stately elements found in similarly aged areas, like quoin details and exterior shutters - although these can be found on some homes.

As for the windows, double-sash windows are common, as are the occasional front decks. Rear areas are relatively spacious, with enough room for a deck, patio, firepit, shed, and small lawn area all in one space.

The interiors of these homes have all the luxurious features you’d expect, from open plan living areas with tall ceilings, to bathroom and kitchen features in stone, tile, and stainless steel. With top-quality fittings and appliances, energy efficient construction, and ample storage, these homes are some of the best for enjoying living in Colorado Springs.
