About Margy

I am currently ranked in the top 1.5% of realtors nationwide and recognized as a top 50 producer in the Pikes Peak region. I have lived in the Old North End Neighborhood in Colorado Springs since 2008. My passion for our city's heritage extends beyond real estate; and the historic homes I often work with in the Old North End Neighborhood. I am a member of the Historic Preservation Alliance and the Woman's Literary Club which was formed in 1892.

I also love and am familiar with the local trails! Cycling brought us to CO Springs. My husband directed Mountain Biking for USA Cycling for most of our years here. Besides our amazing outdoors I also am familiar with local schools. I've been able to stay connected to my background in education by volunteering in schools and also gained insight from having my sons attend K through 12 here. I have been fortunate to build my real estate career through referrals, a testament to the trust and satisfaction of my clients. My Masters degree in Education also helps me to prepare the best possible plan for my clients, as well as the ability to guide them through that process.
