About Alicia

I have lived in Colorado Springs for 39 years. I LOVE this city, and consider myself an expert on all things Colorado Springs, as I've watched it evolve from a fairly small town to a vibrant, bustling city! I believe we are unique in our proximity to the mountains and we have a wonderful parks and trails system. The 300+ days of sunshine every year make it appealing to everyone.

My sales and contract negotiation skills allow me to bring the best of the business side of real estate to the most important part.........finding you a HOME that you love! I enjoy getting to know all types of people and personalities, and I love finding out what makes you happy so that I am able to work for you to find the perfect nest! I am RELENTLESS and commit to provide you a joyful experience, whether you are Buying or Selling. I believe in the highest ethics in both my personal and professional life, and love serving others.

I strongly believe in giving back to our community. I am either currently, or have been involved in multiple local philanthropies: Newborn Hope-Board of Directors,
Alzheimer's Association, TESSA (domestic Violence), Newborn Hope, Care & Share, Humane Society, Fine Arts Center, Memorial Hospital, Jr. Achievement to name a few.

I am happily married, with two daughters, one, a Physician Assistant in North Carolina who has blessed us with 4 grandbabies, one a Veterinary School student, and two naughty Maltipoos. I love to be outside as much as possible. I enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, snow shoeing, and also reading a good book by the fireplace when I have time. I truly LOVE to decorate homes, and decorate my own for every holiday!
