About Lance

The Air Force brought me to Colorado Springs in 1996 and my wife and I have called this beautiful city our home for over 20 years. We love the area and spend our time hiking and playing in many of the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.

As sports fans, we love going to school events, Vibes games, and Air Force Academy football and hockey games. We cook at home nearly every night and volunteer often in the community as coaches, and on advisory committees. When it's time for a break, (when the winds are calm) we enjoy hanging out on the back porch and sharing a drink with our neighbors.

My greatest desire is to prepare my clients for the best home buying or selling experience possible. I know homeownership decisions are never taken lightly and I expect you will have questions. I want you to feel comfortable asking those questions and know that I will give you an honest and candid answer. If you don't feel excited and confident about your sale or purchase then I have not done my job.
